Snowy Brands Hatch 6th April.
06th Apr 08Okay we where told it might snow at Brands - but do we ever believe the weather forecast when it would threaten our racing!!
I went for a shower at Brands at 6.30am without my coat, on a nice dry morning, only to face a snow blizzard when I was washed shaved and ready to go racing.
anyhow it was one of those things but to see race fans in their viewing spot at Paddock Hill was really sad as nobody had thought to tell them hey snowmen there is no racing today!!!
The racing looked very promising and the young Stuart Elwood was top of the qualifying time sheets in the 125 class.
Anyhow I was lucky to get a early flight but to be at Brands Hatch during a snow storm was a experience one will never forget.
